The heaviest box carries the numbers. Every price is a starting point fixed at survey — no hourly creep, no surprises on the day.

How pricing works
We survey the property first — over video or in person — and write the load plan before we quote. The load plan sets the crew size, the van and the hours, and that produces one fixed price.
Because the price is fixed at survey, a slow lift or a tight staircase is our problem, not a line on your invoice. The only things that change a fixed price are things you add after the survey.
