What we collect
When you ask for a survey or book a move we collect your name, phone number, email address, both addresses, your moving date and an inventory of what is moving. Video surveys are not recorded. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How we use it
To survey, price, plan and carry out your move or storage, to take payment, and to deal with any claim. We ask for a review once, a week after the move.
Who we share it with
Our insurer if there is a claim, and the council if we apply for a parking suspension on your behalf. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Booking and inventory records are kept for six years for insurance and tax purposes. Storage records are kept while your goods are with us and six years after.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the data protection regulator in your country.
